I am a client since 2011 at Accuweb hosting and I never had any issue with their platform, no downtime, no issues, my websites were always in service. I did not even have to visit my VPS to do things and almost forget my skills and even my passwords . When I needed new services and yearly SSL renewals they were very helpful and solve them timely with a few email exchange. Their service is the most reliable one as much as I experienced myself. I recommend them to everyone.

I have not had a great deal of tech support experience with AccuWebhosting but, as far as speed in response to posting a ticket, these folks have been really quick. I think that in this kind of business, it's perhaps the most important trait. My issues have been relatively simple but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and we'll let you know when things get a bit more into the weeds.
