Everything went well. We were a bit skeptical at first because the interest rate was so low. But after we received the estimate for the payments and didn't see a change in what we were quoted, we were blown away that this was actually going to happen. The work was done well around our schedule and we never felt that we were being pushed into signing. Awesome team!!

Maribeth Strickland is simply awesome. She and her team were extremely professional as usual and very efficient. We started the refi on June 9th and closed on June 22th.
