My experience with Accurate Mortgage Group has been wonderful. They kept me up to date on everything and even accommodated me by sending someone to me when i was unable to travel to them. I highly recommend them and Janet Yanez was amazing through the whole process and answered all questions and explained everything until I understood it.

For the most part, everything was great. However, a phone call to let a person know you are sending something by email would be a great help. I myself check my email first thing in the morning and do not check it again until the next day. Also, your emails should show that they are coming from accurate not someones name you have never heard of. Because of this I deleted important information and delayed my closing.
