Donnie Smith, his team and Accurate Mortgage did a fabulous job on my home loan. They had the best loan product and rate of any lender in middle TN. I highly recommend you give them a call if you are looking for a home loan.

I believe that Michelle and Amber went far above and beyond the call of duty. They seemed to have an answer for every little hick up and as far as being friendly and professional very pleasant to do business with. They also took great strides to make sure that I was tended to informed and was very pleased with their performance. They are keeping in mind that they are giving a chance for someone to have a home and start a new and next stage of their life. Had it not been for them investing the time and effort in me I would not be in a home of my own for the first time in my life. Michelle also knew what needed done to improve my score and by doing what she said to do she actually was able to increase my credit limit on both my cards. They both really went to bat for me. I am blessed to have come across them and their services.

I am a real estate agent. I worked with Karen Vickers on my most recent transaction. She was the buyer’s lender and I represented the seller. From day 1 Karen was in constant communication with me about every milestone of her client’s loan process. The buyer had FHA THDA financing. We went under contract on 9/28 set to close on 10/30. The buyer was really looking forward to moving in as soon as possible and Karen went above and beyond to make it happen! We ended up closing on the house on 10/19! I have never seen a THDA deal close so quickly! Karen is simply amazing! Not only is she a pro at what she does, she is a wonderful and sweet person! I highly recommend Karen Vickers at Accurate Mortgage to every buyer wanting to have an A++++ lender to assist them with their financing. I also highly recommend her to every agent! If you receive an offer with a prequal letter from Karen, rest assured you will have an amazing experience! Thank you, Karen, for all you do! You are a superstar!

I called Accurate Mortgage not sure if they would be able to help me refinance on my condo as my existing mortgage holder stated they would not be able to accommodate my request. I spoke with Mary Littleton at Accurate Mortgage who took the time to see if a refinance was possible. She provided me with all my options and assisted me through the entire process. She was extremely patient with me as I was not particularly tech savvy. Everyone associated with Accurate were efficient and courteous, they made this onerous process as painless as possible. I am very happy with my decision, I highly recommend Accurate Mortgage Group for any mortgage needs.
