DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU HAVE A PO BOX!! The website will insist on a street address for the post office and send it UPS. Your post office will refuse the package. This will happen multiple times regardless of your attempts to get them to correct the problem. You will spend countless hours on the phone with their foreign customer service call center and NEVER have the issue resolved. You will also spend more hours trying to get an intelligent response through email. They will "thank you SEW much" until you want to strangle someone. They are not capable of a solution! Order through any other vendor if you really want to try their products.

Accuquilt will ask you to pay, take over a month to get your items to you in the US, NOT take the money from your account at the time of purchase (they wait until they ship, over a month later), NOT reply to emails asking when you're going to get the item YOU think you've paid for... THEN send you the most scammer looking invoice in the snail mail, saying you owe them for stuff you know you have already paid for. Then they'll email you. You'll check your account to find out the money never came out. Not because you didn't pay... Because they didn't ship out in a timely manner. And oh, boy! Will they ever be on top of emails THEN!! A lot of confusion, negative feelings and fears about being scammed could have been avoided if they were HALF as diligent about answering questions when customers want to know where their stuff is as they are about repeatedly emailing and mailing to get money they should have remembered to collect promptly. A very inconvenient, lazy company to do business with, nobody wants to be giving credit card information randomly over the phone or sending through the mail!

1. Their billing policy is confusing. They state you won’t be billed until it ships. You have to put in all the payment information when ordering but then you have to redo it upon receipt. I never looked for an email because I thought the transaction went through when it was shipped. 2. It took 15 business days for the order to be processed, not the 5-7 they advertise. 3. The GoMe is advertised to cut up to 6 layers. When using the small 6” block that is included with the package and 2 layers of thin fabric it takes using a lot of force to push down and forward to get it to catch and go through. 3 layers can be done but is exhausting, 4 layers absolutely won’t go through. The 6x24” goes through much more easily. 4. I contacted them about my order after 10 business days and never go a response.

I have an acquit machine and I would have honestly given acquit a 5 star review. BUT I recently ordered a die that was defective. I did not change my mind. The die is DEFECTIVE. Considering their super high prices, they should have replaced it right away with no issue at all. I’d be happy to return the defective die. But they are giving me a hard time about it. I’ve spent over $1000 on their products. Why are they giving me the runaround over a simple, cheap (relatively) die? Are they TRYING to lose customers? What the heck?!

I ordered a die and mat on December 20th. It is now February 18th and it still hasn't been shipped. I have emailed back and forth with their support service and I get the standard responses of "It will be shipped soon" and other lame excuses.

The GO Bolt is the worst piece of junk I have ever had. The customer service is just as bad. The web site is hard to navigate. I tried to get help for the cutter for almost 3 hrs. I ask for a person in charge was told there was no one, but a manager would call with in 24 to 48 hrs. I will never buy or recommend this compy

I ordered from this company after 10 pm in the evening in my time zone. The order confirmation didn’t come in until I was asleep. It was not what I wanted on the confirmation. They refuse to cancel the order. I called, I texted, I emailed. I am a senior and a first time customer and they refuse to cancel the order. I would re order what I want but they haven’t tried to help me and it is 1 in the afternoon now. Seniors beware of this company they will not work to solve the issue. They say the order was processed and loaded on a truck already. The return would be at at my expense.
