Great Service Overall
From day one, AccuNW has been very helpful. They respond to emails and calls promptly, provided clear quotes, and have been important to our business' success. Changes to services are quick, there isn't a ton of paperwork, and they are reliable.

Our service Technician
He is the most polite and extremely helpful man, we just love the way he treats our staff. They are always on time and will wait if we aren't ready, he never rushes us. They have accurate and timely billing. I would never change shredding companies again!!!

Great Company we will use them again
The only thing I can say is the drivers should arrive at there destination 15 to 30 min. in advance to get set up and be ready right on time.

Thanks for your feedback. I've passed this information onto our Operations Manager. We'll work a little better at future Shred Events to ensure our drivers are there early to get set up and ready.
