I'm pretty sure this isn't legit to use one account to share with multiple people and collect monies from all users. I know I wouldn't get my money back. The same with another user I know that was duped into the NVidia course that has since been taken down for Accumentum and others abusing the system. Like how you'd have one Netflix account, but share with everyone. Imagine charging them all to use your account. That's what's happening.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we must respectfully correct the record, as the details in this review do not align with what actually occurred. You were granted full access to the NVIDIA course through our platform. You completed the course in its entirety, which we know because NVIDIA directly issued the official exam voucher code based on your successful completion. We did not provide that voucher to you only after you initiated a chargeback and received a full refund from your bank, AFTER you had already accessed and finished the course. We do not condone or facilitate account sharing. Our terms of service, like those of most legitimate training providers (including Netflix's own policies against widespread sharing), prohibit using one account to serve multiple people. Each enrollment is intended for a single user. We have systems in place to prevent abuse, and we take compliance with NVIDIA’s partner requirements seriously. We understand that chargebacks and refunds can sometimes lead to frustration on all sides, especially when access was already fully utilized. That said, completing a paid course and then successfully disputing the payment does not constitute fraud on our part. We provided the service you consumed in full.If you have any genuine questions or concerns about your experience (separate from the chargeback), feel free to reach out directly and we’ll be happy to review the details. We value honest feedback and strive for transparency with every client.
