Accountant's World has an incredible team
We are a new to Accountant's World and with any transition, there's a learning curve and ramp up to using new systems. Transitioning to Accountant's World has been extremely smooth due to a person on their team in particular. Dawn M., has been absolutely amazing in helping me set up our Firms account in PR, setting up our first clients' account and answering all my ridiculous questions along the way, troubleshooting any technical issues, pointing me in the right direction for information/training, and guiding me to find answers. As you can imagine, in this world, we interact with people from all walks of life and many times the experience isn't as great as it should be. However, that is not the case with Dawn! She is truly an expert on the platform, payroll, and technical and customer service. Our firm is grateful to have her on the team and we look forward to our continued working relationship with her and all others at Accountant's World.
