The worst experiences!
It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. For three months, no one was able to properly set up my account. Whenever I called, no one answered, and I would only receive a callback the following day. Emails were often answered two days later, making the entire process extremely frustrating. I have already requested to close my account and that all of my financial information be removed. However, there is a serious lack of transparency regarding payment information. Once they charge your card, they keep it on file, and there is no option to remove or change the card from their system. Even after closing the account, I am concerned about continued charges. I am also still waiting for the refund I was promised. Overall, the lack of communication, transparency, and timely resolution has been extremely disappointing.

Hello Rania, We’re sorry to see this review, but we would like to clarify the facts regarding your account. You originally registered for our bookkeeping service at $300 per month. This service has since been discontinued as our firm has shifted its focus exclusively to CFO advisory and tax planning services. After your registration, our team made more than nine attempts to contact you and sent more than ten emails in an effort to complete your onboarding. The onboarding was ultimately completed approximately two months later. As part of the setup process, we asked you to connect your business bank account to our accounting software. When that could not be completed, our team provided an alternative option of granting view-only access so we could proceed. Unfortunately, we were still unable to obtain the access necessary to provide the bookkeeping service. We also want to clarify the concern regarding communication. Our records show that you had direct access to Sara from our Client Success team, and the communication history reflects direct responses and ongoing assistance from her throughout the process. In addition, our team made multiple attempts by phone and email to move the onboarding forward. Because we could not proceed without the required information and banking access, the engagement was ultimately terminated. Regarding billing, the $300 service operated as an automatic monthly subscription, as disclosed during enrollment. Most importantly, we issued a full refund for both months charged. Please check your bank or credit card account for the refunded amounts. We maintain records of the calls, emails, Client Success communications, onboarding process, and refund transactions and are happy to provide documentation directly if there is any question regarding the timeline. We take client concerns seriously and respect every client’s right to share their experience. At the same time, we believe it is important that a public review accurately reflects the complete and documented history of the engagement. We wish you the best going forward.
