It is a shame they can not be rated half of a star. No customer support response. Virtual mastercards which are issued as a bonus through my employer simply won't be accepted anywhere online. Gone through the steps of uploading and verifying photo ID, and still can't spend so much as a single euro.

Received eMail from a medical provider to access a refund. Horrendous and ineffective customer service. Do Not Use if at all possible.

After all these years, they're still declining the same monthly subscription every time the renewal date comes & every time I need to update my bank information but now, their contact form just refreshes every time I click Send. Also, their site constantly signs me out, even when I'm in a chat with one of their useless employees. Now, I can't sign in at all because it suddenly thinks my information is wrong. When I try to use the help features to get signed in, it says "Error" & then refreshes & deletes everything i typed. Now, it's locked my account for "too many failed attempts" & it's telling me to contact support to unlock it, which is impossible because I'd have to sign in to do that. I hate my life. Every month, they make me hate my life.

I would give 0 stars. Picked this as a way to receive a benefit from my company. But I can barely use the money for anything. Even if one transaction works at a store or provider the next one fails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS „SERVICE“! The company frustrates „customers“ (rather: victims) so much until they basically give up on their money.

What a mistake I made selecting my work reward with this. It does not let you purchase anything. It rejects every payment. They can keep the money at this point.

Awful! Awful! Awful! Customer sevice does not listen to you. They repeat, like a robot, the same unhelpful statements without actually listening to and processing your request. I got locked out of my account and can not log back in! The forget your password thing made it worse!

This payment system is terrible. I received my first MyPaymentVault (MPV) prepaid card way back in 2010 from a Verizon account refund. At that time, I created a username (UN) and password (PW) to create the MPV account associated with this new card and linked it to my checking account, and then I transferred the funds to my checking account. It seemed to work OK, the best I can recall. However, I just recently received two new MPV prepaid cards from my electric company (Potomac Edison - First Energy). I wanted to immediately transfer the funds off of the cards and into my checking account - this is something MPV says that their system supports, however, there is a BIG problem with this process. The new cards cannot be associated with the existing MPV account I already established in 2010. Apparently, each MyPaymentVault login can only be associated with one payment card (you cannot add multiple cards to one MPV account) and a bank account can can only be associated to one MPV account. There is a 1:1 relationship that requires each prepaid card to have a new MPV login with a unique UN and each new MPV account to be associated to a distinct bank account - one that is not associated with any other MPV login in their system. One prepaid card, linked to a unique MPV login/account, linked to a distinct bank account. Luckily, I had three bank accounts that I could use (many users may not). I then had to set up two new MPV accounts - one for each new card and since I had already linked to one of my checking accounts to the Verizon MPV card in 2010, I had to used a second checking account and then a savings account to link to the two new MPV Potomac Edison cards. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SYSTEM. Eventually, if I keep receiving MPV prepaid cards in the future I will eventually run out of additional bank accounts to link to and I will not be able to transfer the funds from the MPV account to my bank.
