I got a refund from ATT from this place. You can't transfer funds. It won't take your information to be able to. I've sent screen shots, etc. I'll probably have my account stolen or something, I'm actually worried now and will call my bank. Customer service doesn't work either. They want me to verify my email because its not on their site but it won't take my email either. I input and it says saved but then its missing. Its like they do this on purpose so folks can't get their money back. I'm beyond frustrated and have spent more time than the value of the card IMO. If anyone knows how to actually get the money off the card please respond.

Since switching from "prepaiddigitalsolutions" to "mypaymentvault", when a website requests verification, we no longer receive the OTP code (by email), whereas before it worked, so at that moment, the card becomes unusable . Customer service sends pre-written, uninteresting messages. I tested the technique, that is to say put another email on your e-card (different from the email on the account profile), wait for it to be updated, but that does not work ! The service of this company is an absolute nightmare. I have a prepaid card with significant value. No means to use since no OTP password or received, even though my cell phone and email is setup correctly. This is the guidance provided: “If your phone number is outside of North America, be sure to include the 011 and country code”. That makes ZERO sense!!

Worst service ever. Redeem a 50eur card get a 2FA confirmation to mobile phone, card gets rejected because reasons. Why have 2FA in the first place if transactions are being rejected seemingly random on top of that why do you conduct ID verification when after that transactions are still rejected lol. How is this company even alive is beyond me.

Can't even redeem euro, that is used for over a decade as the official currency in my country. Support just keeps on sending automated email, that it cannot be redeemed in my country without a valid reason.

I received a credit card for an over payment to Verizon. I activated it and tried to use it. It was rejected. So, I requested an online bank transfer as an option. I entered my banking information and received no confirmation of the receipt of my information or anything further. The 1800# is a joke. No human is available

Support seems to not care at all just keeps closing tickets repeating same things been waiting 2 weeks no actions from there side for a small payment
