OAKBRIDGE C.
It is full of professionally trained scammers
It is full of professionally trained but awful customer service representatives. This company asks for extremely sensitive personal information just to access or use a gift card or prepaid debit card. In my experience, there always seems to be another excuse or requirement that delays access to the card, making the process so frustrating that you may eventually feel like giving up on using it altogether. Their customer service has been terrible. I was particularly concerned when I received an email requesting sensitive personal documents, including government-issued ID or passport information, as part of the verification process. Based on my experience, my advice is to stay away from doing business with this company if possible. The amount of hassle, delays, and frustration involved in simply accessing a prepaid card is not worth the headache.
