Scam. Received a gift card from my company. Unable to use it. Called in the hotline to verify address. After verification, was told it's not complete?! And they cannot continue to activate the card. No help given and the customer service is absolutely horrible.

Worst thing I have ever used it says you get it and gives u half the information then blocked every transaction you try to make

Escroquerie La transaction ne fonctionne nulle part, personne n'accepte cette soit disante carte bancaire. Le service client me répond en boucle un message tout fait qui est complètement à coté de ma question et ne correspond pas. J'ai juste perdu une carte cadeau en choisissant bêtement ce mode de règlement que je pensais honnête.

I received a credit from my job. Card not accepted when attempting to purchase on Bandcamp. The messasge, This transaction cannot be processed. Please try a different card, or use PayPal to complete your purchase. The payment shows as authorised but it was blocked, Transaction Blocking. I read a few other reviews to see if it was just me, unfortunately not. If I knew this, I would not have chosen the card and got something else.

I want to give negative stars if I can. this company sucks. I am surprised they are still in business. they make it impossible to use my card. I called multiple times but they cant fix the problem. such a waste of time. useless dumb company.

AVERTISSEMENT TROMPERIES FLAGRANTES En tant que collaborateur au sein d’un émetteur de cartes, et après une enquête approfondie, je confirme que les cartes prépayées MasterCard /VISA émises par MyPaymentVault sont dépourvues de BIN et de logique d’autorisation (TXN logic), ce qui les rend complètement inopérantes. Ces cartes ne peuvent ni être routées, ni vérifier un solde, ni appliquer les contrôles anti‑fraude indispensables, ce qui entraîne des refus systématiques sur la totalité des sites et plateformes de paiement (Paypal, Amazon, Ebay...). Le support client est quasi inexistant, laissant les utilisateurs sans recours face à un produit qui ne tient pas ses promesses. Il s’agit d’une tromperie manifeste et d’un manquement grave aux standards élémentaires des moyens de paiement ; acheter cette carte équivaut à payer pour de l’air. Je recommande de demander immédiatement le remboursement auprès de l’émetteur, de contester toute transaction non aboutie et de signaler le produit aux autorités compétentes et aux réseaux de paiement. Anyone in the UK - stay away! Wish i had read the reviews before i redeemed my thankbox collection for a prepaid mastercard. It was hell trying to spend it - got blocked by all retailers I tried (and it was many!) - including Boots, Lidl, petshops,... in store and online. Also couldnt link to paypal or wise. Finally, after studying all reviews I managed to buy Amazon giftcards. It took multiple tries and I had changed my address to all caps (which is what someone else found helped). Not sure what made it work in the end but it did after a lot of tries. Maybe this helps someone else who fell into the trap.
