Took my money an never told me that the costume i ordered was out of stock. Was notified after I emailed them. They then told me that they can deliver it after Halloween. I ordered this costume the first week of October!! Do not buy from them. Now all the other costumes are sold out because iam ordering late.

I ordered a kids' costume (full set with boots) on 16 August, for Halloween. Production stalled until I chased them. It shipped on 9 September, then got stuck with the carrier for being oversized. I spotted that myself, not the seller. They promised to reship in two boxes, then went silent for two weeks despite four follow-ups. Box 1 arrived on 30 September with only the accessories: the belt, wraps, armour pieces and gauntlets. No jacket, no pants, no boots. Everything except the actual costume. Their story about box 2 changed three times. First they didn't know what was in it. Then it had been delivered. Then the carrier lost it. On 8 October they admitted the replacement probably won't arrive before Halloween. I asked for a full refund. They refused to process it themselves. First they told me to file a PayPal dispute, even though I'd paid by card. Then they told me to go to my bank. Two emails, same day, both pushing the refund back onto me. During my order they also emailed customers asking them to open PayPal disputes marked "item not received" and re-order. If you need a costume by a date, or want a seller who'll refund their own mistakes, look elsewhere.

Costume arrived missing one of the 3 pieces. I was very sick and couldn’t try it on (and did not notice the missing piece) within the 14-day return policy window. They would not support a refund due to the missing piece but did offer to send the missing piece. However, I had already informed them it did not fit. I take responsibility for being unable to try on the costume / inspect for missing pieces within the 14 day return window, however I was sick and I would have appreciated some flexibility, especially given the missing piece. Just know that if you order from them the return policy is RIGID and in my opinion, not comparable to the industry standard 30 day return policy. Were it just for that reason, I would still give 2-3 stars. However, the quality of the cosplay I received (paid almost $200 including shipping) was NOT in line with what I paid. The fabric felt cheap and overall the cosplay did not appear any different in quality than the majority of $40 (or less) costumes at Spirit Halloween. Unfortunately due to the quality not being worth what I paid, the missing piece, and the overly limited return policy, I would avoid purchasing from this company again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I only ordered from ACCosplay because I saw some good reviews on Reddit. I didn’t expect perfection, but what I got was garbage. It is obvious they used another site’s images and sold an extremely cheaply made variant. A part of the costume that shows a 3d print is made with cheap fabric and printed “details” that is laughable. I complained and they told me they ran out of fabric and went with another one. This is way more than a fabric issue. Do not recommend.

I don't think I have EVER had an interaction with a company like this in my life. I ordered a costume for my daughter on October 9th. The website said "Please note that it won't be delivered on Halloween is you purchase after 12th Oct". On October 24th - I went online to check the status of my package and it still said that it was "being prepared". At that point I contacted their customer service through chat. They missed the order and didnt send it out until I sent this note. In the following week while I was checking on this (I had a KID waiting for a costume for Halloween - you cant just HOPE it comes - you need a plan if it doesnt!) The unprofessional customer service told me I ordered the wrong size (assured them 3 times I did not), that I didnt order in time (clearly I did) and the kicker - on the 30th - told me it MIGHT make it there on time (like I hadnt already had to make alternate plans!) To top it off - now they will not let me return the costume even though I was not able to use it due to THEIR errors. Such a joke and unprofessional. Do not use.

I ordered a Wonder Woman 84 cosplay costume and got all the parts and material is pretty, however I ordered and paid extra for a custom fitting and when I received it, it was not customized at all. The zipper on the top piece broke right away because the zipper is very small and fragile. The hand wraps were frayed, and I had to replace straps for gauntlets and shin guards.

*Update* Company has offered to send correct size. I have asked that tags not be removed so I can verify correct size has been shipped and to avoid proving the incorrect size was sent"* I was shipped the wrong size. The tags were removed so I have no idea what size I was sent but it's clearly way too big. Contacted company Dec 2023 and was told to send them the measurements of items I received which I did. Then they asked for photo proof of measurements which I sent. As of Jan 2024 they still have not refunded or advised if they would ship correct size. I now have an outfit I can't possibly wear and am being forced to prove to them that they sent me the wrong size rather than have them fix their mistake.

My mate ordered off them and they didn't send it out. Gave a wrong tracking number and overall terrible service. The two positive reviews on trip advisor right now are fake. They have both submitted two reviewson their accounts, saying good thing about ac cosplay and cosdaddy. Seems like they are paid reviews. I wouldn't risk it, very dodgy company. And clearly they don't have a good reputation anywhere else.
