They rearrange for express delivery when that happened to me! For free! Also, if you still have concerns or questions after receiving the instrument, you can still get in touch with them, and they'll assist you like nothing. If you need a video tutorial to fix or do something, they'll record one for you even. Very professional and trustworthy people
