I am extremely disappointed with how my account was handled. I was suddenly unable to log in to my trading account, with no prior email, phone call, or clear warning explaining what was happening. I later received a Notice of Account Termination stating that my account had been blocked and closed. What concerns me most is the lack of proper communication before taking such a serious action. As a customer, I believe I deserved a clear explanation and a reasonable opportunity to discuss or resolve any issue before my access was terminated. This experience has caused me a lot of frustration and concern. I hope the company improves its communication and provides affected clients with clear reasons, proper notice, and a fair opportunity to address account issues.

**1 STAR — A BROKER MUST WORK FOR REAL TRADING, NOT JUST LOOK GOOD ON PAPER** My concerns with ACCM come from **real trading and execution**, not from searching for the highest rebate or commission. One of the experiences that significantly changed my view of broker selection came from **FXRE copy trading**. I had access to the main trading account and observed approximately **two consecutive months of successful performance**. At the beginning of the third month, however, the situation changed substantially. What caught my attention was that the **main account could continue recording winning trades while some copiers were ultimately losing money.** For me, that raised a fundamental question: **what happens between the trade generated on the main account and the actual trade received by the copier?** I began looking beyond the headline performance and examining the actual trading mechanics—**execution, spread, slippage, order timing, liquidity, account structure, and the differences between the principal trade and the copied trade.** That experience reinforced something important: **A successful trading strategy is only as reliable as the execution environment in which it operates.** ### MY EXPERIENCE WITH ACCM I subsequently tested ACCM under real trading conditions, particularly for a strategy requiring **precise hedging, pending orders, controlled exposure, rapid reversals, grid-lock structures, trailing mechanisms, and XAUUSD execution.** My experience included: * prolonged trade and chart freezing; * delayed execution; * rejected or incomplete pending orders; * difficulties completing and locking hedges; * significant spread expansion; * execution gaps and substantial slippage; * instances where pending orders appeared to move before execution; and * execution conditions that materially affected otherwise profitable positions. In certain circumstances, I recorded slippage in the range of approximately **300 to 2,500 points**. I also encountered periods where trades remained frozen for an extended time while market conditions continued moving. For an execution-sensitive strategy, this can fundamentally change the outcome of the system. These statements reflect **my own live trading experience and records**. I am not claiming that every ACCM client experiences the same conditions. ### THIS IS NOT ABOUT REBATES I want to make this distinction very clear: **I am a real trader. My primary concern is the execution of the trade itself.** I do not select a broker simply because of its rebate, commission, affiliate program, or promotional incentives. What matters to me is whether the broker can consistently provide the infrastructure required to execute the strategy: **RELIABLE EXECUTION. STABLE PLATFORM PERFORMANCE. PREDICTABLE SPREAD BEHAVIOR. FUNCTIONAL HEDGING. PROPER PENDING-ORDER EXECUTION. CONSISTENT LIQUIDITY. TRANSPARENT TRADING CONDITIONS.** A rebate cannot compensate for an execution environment that prevents a trading system from functioning as designed. ### MY CONCLUSION The FXRE experience made me examine the **difference between a trade being profitable on the principal account and the actual result received by the copier.** My ACCM experience then made the issue much more direct: **If the execution environment materially changes the trade, it changes the strategy's mathematical outcome.** That is the standard I now apply to brokers. I would rather spend additional time testing a broker with **transparent conditions, reliable execution, and infrastructure suitable for serious trading** than continue with a platform that does not meet those requirements. I am therefore **not continuing with ACCM for my trading operations.** This is not a decision based on rebates. It is a decision based on **real trading experience, execution behavior, and whether the broker's infrastructure can preserve the integrity of the trading strategy.** **REAL TRADING REQUIRES REAL EXECUTION.** **The strategy is only as good as the execution that carries it into the market.**

In short, it is a colossal rip-off software that manipulated me into parting with my money for nothing – not even providing an iota of functionality in return. It has been a prolonged ordeal filled with frustration and emotional turmoil to the point where I felt mugged off – utterly done over. The loss amounts to quite significant. despite my desperation, there is still some shred of hope that I found in using GuerrillaChargeback – albeit minuscule. All things considered it's amazing I got anything back at all In conclusion this whole ordeal has left me feeling disillusioned and bitter towards the entire experience. (✪⋆)
