I’ve subscribed to this boxes on and off for years. Every box I have ever gotten I’ve been IN LOVE with. You will not be disappointed. I promise!

I have been in contact with Clara in Customer service and updating this review. Clara was able to explain the process and updates that cleared up the confusion from the email. She answered all my questions and concerns and did so in a timely manner. I actually had forgotten that I skipped the April box delivery that was billed in March. Also, she was very positive and helpful with my concerns. The boxes were a bit late, but worth waiting for. I highly recommend this subscription box company. They care about their customers and will take the time to answer your questions. Previous Review: I subscribed 6 months ago and this last box I paid for in April still has not arrived as of today. Then looked on website to see if it was shipped and it wasn't. It also showed that I was to be billed in May for the next box. Basically paying for 2 boxes when I have not received previous box. The email stated that my April box was canceled. But then it said boxes already paid for will still be shipped. This is confusing. I am very disappointed as I love Harry Potter items. I replied to the email and hope I get a response.

Accio Box is an amazing subscription box. They offer unique items you won't find in the store or even in other HP subscription boxes. I love that they often include useful household items, that make me smile when I see them around my home. I appreciate they have an online shop you can purchase items if you aren't currently subscribed and want to purchase an item. The shirts they produce are excellent quality and have designs that are subtle nods to the HP fandom. They are always open and honest about any shipping delays and that honesty is highly valued! I really love that they listen to their fans and try and provide new items that their subscribers will enjoy. They have great ethics and support individuals who have the same. Thanks Accio! Seriously the best Harry Potter subscription box money can buy. Most(if not all) items are independently designed and produced, supporting lots of small time artists who put their love of Harry Potter into their products, and it SHOWS! It may cost more than your average monthly box, but you're also not going to get anything you can find at your local Target in your box every month, so you can rest assured you're getting truly unique merchandise that you probably can't find anywhere else aside from scouring Etsy for each individual creator. The owners always warn you ahead of time when they expect a shipping delay(covid? hurricanes? Texas is frozen? No problem!) This is a great gift for a friend or loved one who loves HP, but an even GREATER gift for your own selfish self! Speaking to the person who left the 1-Star review, honestly and genuinely...pushing an agenda? Did you miss the entire point of Harry Potter? Because I think you might have missed the entire point of Harry Potter. Do YOUR research and maybe read those books again. I fear your head may be full of Nargles.
