The great rate discounts are incredible. Then they even follow up to make sure that the accommodations include the detailed accessibility components you need. I am amazed that such a service even exists!

Patch called me and made sure that we had all the amenities we needed to make our trip a success. We had three hotels over the course of the trip and she called each one to ensure it met our needs.

AccessibleGO found me a handicapped-accessible room in Manchester at a great price. I had problems getting the room but Patch at AccessibleGO was able to iron things out. Patch and her team are wonderful and go out of their way to help.

From the initial inquiry of how the App worked until the week of check-in, I had someone assigned to my particular hotel needs and situation. Not only did she act as a liaison with hotel management but she also got them to send photos of the ADA compliant bathroom setup, to make us feel more confident in my daughter’s ability to transfer from her wheelchair and my aging mother’s needs for handrails & grab bars, to make her shower experience easier.

Hi Debi - Thank you for this feedback! Whenever there is a request that photos would assist with verifying - we work with the hotel to get them. So grateful to hear that your booking experience was easy!

Awesome!! It is so nice to know that I don't have to worry about whether or not the hotel REALLY has an accessible room when I book through accessibleGO.
