Seems like a scam. They send out checks with find print and prescreen offers they want you to respond to opt out. They are hoping someone cashes the check not realizing it is a loan with interest. If they were a legitimate company they would not use scam like techniques.

Service was great early on, but after I signed the paperwork and had follow up concerns/questions, no one responded. Incredibly disappointing and would never refer this company to anyone. Clay

They lied, both in their mailing and on the phone. On 11.20.2025, I responded to their mailing; I called them. After approximatly 20 minutes on the phone it became appearant that their mailer was a complete and total fabrication; a lie. They are not offering a lower interest rate consolodation loan. This is a ruin your credit debt negotiation company. They buy your debt from your crditors for pennies on the dollar and then collect from you at nearly the full amount of your debt. Your creditors will then mark you as uncollectable and your credit is ruined for seven to ten years. You may as well declare bankruptcy it will have the same effect on your credit and cost less.

Ariel was extremely helpful in explaining how the loan/repayment program works, and was very patient with answering all of my questions. The conversation was very low-pressure and super informative. I fully intend to sign up for the excellent terms we discussed, and look forward to working with Accelerate Financial to consolidate all of my debt!

Deceptive mailing. They trick you into thinking the letter is important so you open it. Should be a crime! I will report to Attorney Generals office. **** You send junk mail that looks "official" to trick people into opening it.
