I joined this company in March and was assigned to Mikkei. I am happy that I took the leap of faith towards paying off my mortgage after putting it off for a few years. It's early days, but the process went smoothly from start to the point where I obtained my HELOC thanks to Mikkei, who was great to work with. He was very responsive, explained the process well, and his recommendations were spot on. Everything went through, and I am now on the road to making a difference in my financial situation. I paid the fee to have Kwak help with setting up a HELOC. The first expert that contacted me did nothing to help. In fact, all she did was send me a list of three lenders, two of which didn't do business in my state. The next batch of lenders were worse. The entire list didn't do business in my state, even though I specifically communicated with her the state I live in. On top of that, I could never login to the portal and the IT department could never figure out my problem. I couldn't take advantage of the "guarantee", because you have to be deemed ineligible for a HELOC to get the refund. I wound up doing the HELOC on my own, without Kwak assistance...a $5,000 lesson in life.

To clarify, our Accelerated Strategies Consulting Program focuses on providing comprehensive financial education and personalized coaching, not directly applying for loans like HELOCs on behalf of clients. We are not a lender, a bank, or a loan broker. We do not issue credit and loans. We offer hours of on-demand video content, 1:1 coaching calls, weekly live Q&A sessions with our Founder, and access to a supportive private community, all designed to help clients strategically manage debt and optimize their finances. As outlined in our client agreement, success in our program requires active engagement with these resources, such as scheduling consultations and applying recommended strategies. We acknowledge that initial miscommunications regarding lender recommendations caused frustration, and we take full responsibility for this. Upon identifying the issue, we assigned a senior strategist to your case to ensure you received dedicated support, and our records show that both of your emailed questions were answered by the end of the day. We’re also sorry to hear about the login issues with our portal. Our IT team was ready to assist, and login problems are typically simple to resolve. Had you communicated with us, we would have resolved the issue as soon as possible. While our team was prepared to support you, we recognize that you did not proactively engage with the coaching, videos, or community resources, which are critical to the program’s success, as noted in the agreement. To address your concerns, our VP of Enrollment personally reached out to you twice by phone, left voicemails, and sent an email with a link to book a call, but we haven’t heard back. We’d welcome the opportunity to understand your experience further and explore how we can assist you with the resources you paid for. When I watched the "Sam Kwak webinar", it was during a time I was concerned about being able to keep my home, due to some "life changes". I decided to take advantage of their free payoff calculation and was actually able to knock 20 yrs off my mortgage, saving over $200k in interest! I spoke w/ Albert, who was very professional and helpful (& without being pushy). Patrick, my strategist, has been amazing as well. I booked a call w/ him later to ask about getting a HELOC for my rental, and he told me within two minutes why it wasn't a good idea at the time. That could have been a very costly mistake! Shortly after becoming a client, I got an email that they were hiring appointment setters, and I filled out the application right away.
