At this time, I have ordered three items from Acaxro. I have received one of the items and find the quality and workmanship as expected. Customer support responds very quickly as I have asked about the other two items that have not arrived yet. The reason for the four stars is related to the time between ordering and receiving merchandise.

Customer service was excellent. Received a phone call to say my request was not available anymore and was given options for a different selection. I chose a different item that was more than I paid for and was given an even exchange. My bag came in with very nice packaging. .
