Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your kind review. The sofa you purchased is made with high-resilience foam designed to provide great support and comfort. Since everyone’s seating preference is different, the cushions may feel a little firm at first, but they will gradually soften over time while maintaining good support and comfort. We truly appreciate your understanding and feedback — it really helps us continue improving our products and service. Enjoy your new sofa! 💛
