It's a great platform to get your foot in the door. Acadium helped me build my portfolio, although finding a full-time job is not my priority at the moment. During the apprenticeship, the business owner I worked with was very supportive in providing me the platform to practice digital marketing. I received little guidance but I understand it is not his area of expertise, but overall it was a lovely 3 months.

Acadium is a great start if you’re looking for experience in digital marketing. It helped me get the hands on experience I needed, I was lucky as well as the apprenticeship turned into my first digital marketing job. From there I was able to grow professionally and land a full time job at a digital marketing agency. Acadium also provides you with the tools you need with resources in all aspects of digital. They have a variety of apprenticeships that cater to all aspects of digital marketing. When I first started I wasn’t sure what I wanted to branch out into, but having different apprenticeships helped me gain perspective and now I have experience as well as amazing connections from this platform!

I had a long break in my career in this dynamic world I needed to update my knowledge, therefore acadium helped me in gaining my experience with an apprenticeship after my career gap.

I was doing apprenticeships with Acadium back when they were called GenM and I completed 6 apprenticeships with them. I learned more about digital marketing by actually practicing it with real businesses. That helped me leverage that experience to get my first job in digital marketing!

In my view, Acadium solves the "chicken and the egg" problem, which daunts very entry-level job seekers in digital marketing. It is a great platform to connect apprentices with qualified mentors and getting real-world experience, which is today more important than where you went to school. I was introduced to Acadium by a former apprentice and cannot thank him enough. Where else you will get a pool of talented marketers, making great connections and sharing the same common goal. To me, this is a priceless experience, and it is free to join.

Thank you Acadium for giving me the opportunity to learn and to grow. Learning Digital Marketing without application is a struggle for me. But with your help, I gain more knowledge and confidence in pursuing my career in this field.
