As a start up, this was a great place to start. You get a lot for your money with the subscription and the customer service team is always really great. Be prepared to do some work! It's like a hiring process and training, but it's worth it.

I used Acadium when I was working as a virtual assistant and it was wonderful. I recently started my own business and was hoping to start using Acadium but have a side job as a camp photographer that is just taking up all my time this summer. I bought a quarter and a day in realized I was going to be unable to even have time to mentor anyone. I reached out regarding my problem and asking for a refund and had a very fast response rate. Kristine V emailed me back within 24hrs telling me they would look into my account and shortly after I received a refund. I’ve had issues before regarding services and refunds and I truly cannot thank Acadium and Kristine enough for the swift and amazing customer service in getting my my money back so I can pay rent! I will definitely be joining Acadium the moment I get back home and begin working on my photography business and marketing again! Thank you thank you thank you!

I have just completed three apprenticeships with Acadium and have been having a fabulous experience so far! I am glad I went down this route instead of spending a packet on online courses that I wasn't sure would equip me with the skills I needed. I have come a long way and have made great connections with all my mentors, besides having picked up invaluable and practical skills from them. The apprenticeship advisors from Acadium are in constant touch and are a great help as well with anything you need.
