I love Acadium! Their simple formula helps entrepreneurs and businesses find interns. Interns gain needed experience, exposure and gain valuable skills. You get a vetted intern that supports your purpose and passion, while the the intern receives solid mentoring, support and hands-on education. Don't hesitate to sign up and get that support from Acadium, you won't be sorry.

Great communications and very helpful! Recommended to all my clients :)

What a great way to give experience to smart, capable, up and coming professionals and support growing businesses. This is a great model. I had a terrific experience getting matched with someone who had the skillset I needed to complete a special project I have been trying to complete for a long time. I am very pleased with this experience.

The Acadium platform has been a genuinely invaluable opportunity for me. As someone who has made a career change, starting out with no experience in digital marketing was really daunting. I had no networks or technical skills whatsoever. Acadium gave me that first step in the door to work on real life marketing projects, where I learned a variety of skills over the 3 months of my apprenticeship. It's not only given me practice and perspective in the marketing world, but has also really helped me with my confidence. Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity Acadium!

I'm working with my first apprentice through Acadium and I'm kicking myself I didn't do this sooner! He is engaged, curious and motivated to be of value to my business. The hiring process was simple, onboarding easy and the mentorship aspect helps me too! There was a misunderstanding between myself and Acadium regarding the membership structure but customer service was quick to clarify and it's been worked out. Quick customer service is extremely important to me and they've been on the ball since the get-go.

I found out about Acadium in the late fall of 2021. I am a small business and needed help with digital marketing. Acadium is brilliant, they find the interns for you that work with your business and you pay a nominal fee. These interns gain experience and I have the help I need! I am working with two interns currently and I could not ask for a better team. I am so impressed with Acadium that I signed up for a year!

I'm a soloprenuer looking to build my team. I dislike social media intensely. On the recommendation of another business owner I signed up, was matched with the perfect intern for me to help me with social media, and have been consistently posted on social media ever since. She actually has a certification in my 3rd party social media poster (i.e. she knows more than I do about it!) I've had a great experience so far and am even considering taking on TWO interns next quarter! As long as you are a good delegator: you are organized and communicative, and can explain step-by-step what you need done, so far this platform has been a bargain for the cost. Plus, you get to provide mentorship too!

Team is extremely responsive and I love my mentee. This program is so much better because you can train and teach while you get the help you need. I’m not just getting work done at a value, but I’m positively impacting a life at the same time. I highly recommend Acadium!
