Acadium helped me to gain experience

I've just completed my first term with Acadium having an apprentice. Overall it has been a very positive experience. My apprentice was very intelligent and capable in social media marketing - exactly what I asked for. She was eager to learn whatever she could and exactly the type of person I'd hoped to work with. Initially I did have some issues with my first two interviews, a couple of no-shows, which delayed me getting started. Learning to be a good mentor does take time - there is a learning curve to go through there. Overall I find Acadium to be a fantastic way to get the help you need and to give someone else the help they need. I'm looking forward to working with my next apprentice.

I joined the Acadium Plus Program back in September 2020 and it was a phenomenal experience! Erik Harbison was our mentor through the cohort and he truly cares about getting us hired and excelling in our digital marketing career during and even after the program was over. I ended up getting multiple job offers and accepted a media buyer role paying 50k/year 9 months after joining the Acadium Plus program. Another invaluable part of the program is having lifetime access to the Acadium Plus community for support and to be able to bounce ideas off of when needed. If your looking to jumpstart your digital marketing career then I would recommend the Acadium Plus program for anyone seeking a high touch mentorship with an expert and community that truly cares!

Great platform, it gives you the chance to work on reel projects with mentors, and get you more employable than others, and it's only 10 hours a week for 90 days, AND free.
