The last three months at Acadium have bridged the gap in knowledge for me. My mentor was honest but fair. She had high expectations for me. She and her team pushed me beyond my comfort zone but encouraged me to believe in my potential. Nadya gave guided through the use of digital tools, like SEMrush as an SEO writing tool for Blogging. She also guided the flow of Social Media Posts and advised me when I needed to make changes. All along my Acadium liaison Jules checked in on me. I really appreciate the weekly feedback the platform required of me and my mentor because it kept the projects and workflow moving. I would recommend Acadium to anyone who wants to gain on-the-job proficiency. I'm grateful for mentor Sherry who took a chance on me; I consider her a friend and advisor that I will certainly reach out to in the future. Acadium is empowering me with not just the skill I need to become that desire salesperson I've always wanted to be, but also the experience needed to land a job after my Apprenticeship period. I rate it excellent.

Very helpful and good platform for marketing

When our summer internship through a local university fell through, we quickly scrambled to find another candidate to help us with social media marketing. After completing Acadium's questionnaire, I received a match with a potential candidate within 48 hours. Shortly after a qualification meeting, I decided the candidate met our requirements and started within a week of our search. Mentorship is a two-way street and requires effort on both sides. I meet twice a week to set direction and provide feedback. So far, the apprentice is motivated, delivers good work, and is happy to gain experience using social media tools and analytics. I am happy that we can produce more content for our community on our way to empowering parents and enriching kids.

Great experience and the platform is very helpful

This was a total gamechanger! I could not believe the value I got from my marketing apprentice. I will say the first few were not a fit but 3rd individual I met was unbelievable. I'd suggest this for any start-up or small team needing to work with an up-and-coming star!

Acadium is a wonderful platform that give novice Digital Marketers the opportunity to gain real world experience with actual companies through apprenticeships. It works!

Absolutely worth my time, energy, and investment! After much deliberation and consideration, I decided to join the Acadium Plus Experiential Learning Course. I did quite a bit of research about bootcamps in general (including most of the $10k+ tech bootcamps) and compared those similar to Acadium and I am very glad I made the choice to stick with Acadium. Be prepared as the course will challenge you in many ways to help build your confidence as a marketer, gain valuable experience as an apprentice, and support your every step in the journey from beginner status to becoming a confident marketing specialist with experience. Not only does the course provide learning material, but it also provides the opportunity to work as an apprentice/intern to gain invaluable experience that is required for most jobs you are likely already applying for. The entire process can be catered to your exact needs. This includes getting a job, securing a promotion, starting your own business, securing clients as a freelancer, and many others. As of writing this message, every one of the active and engaging students in my cohort that started this journey together now have a job in digital marketing. For myself personally, I have gained a new level of confidence and ability in digital marketing, a defined professional growth path that I didn't have during college, and I was able to secure a job that pays over double my previous salary. Trust the process, put in the work, and be persistent. Taking this course has truly changed my professional and personal life.
