Hi Catrin, I’m really sorry this process felt chaotic for you; looming deadlines are stressful enough without added uncertainty. When you contacted us with only two weeks to spare, you asked that we start all four assignments right away so you could review drafts as soon as they were ready. We did exactly that, but four days in, our lead tutor was unexpectedly hospitalized. As soon as we learned what had happened, we reassigned the work to another tutor. The replacement tutor finished three of the four tasks within the original window, but by the time those drafts reached you, you had already completed them yourself. We stopped our work immediately and removed those items from your invoice. That communication gap is on us. We’re a small, confidentiality-focused team and rely on direct email rather than a 24-hour support desk, but your experience shows we need a backup channel whenever a tutor is unexpectedly offline. We’re now adding a dedicated support rotation to keep clients fully in the loop even in rare emergencies. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that Academikx did not work out for you and your experience with our service was less than stellar. Since we didn't have nurses or doctors available and you were persistent, we designated three nursing scholars. First, we made sure you knew the risks, and you agreed to go through with it. Then, after you failed the exam, we refunded your money. This doesn't mean our company is a scam or incapable of assisting online students with their coursework. On the contrary, we're a legitimate organization, and many happy customers have completed entire doctoral programs through our services. Furthermore, we don't ask for upfront payment because we are 100% honest.
