My agents, Wallis and Tabatha were outstanding! They were extremely supportive and in constant communication communication throughout the entire approval process. They had the experience and knowledge to answer all of my many questions along the way, and they kept me up to speed with timely and helpful progress updates. Not only was i approved, but at a lower cost than originally projected! I cannot say enough about the service I received from both of them. Exceptional!

During our first scheduled telephone consultation, Wallis truly made me feel at ease about purchasing life insurance. She didn't make me feel as though she was trying to sell me something. It didn't feel like business with her! It felt as though she genuinely cared and wanted the best for my family and was thinking about my young children at heart! I cannot emphasize enough how professional, knowledgeable, warm and personable both Wallis and Tabatha are. I loved that this whole process was online (with the exception of the first telephone consultation). The team at AboveBoard walked us through EVERY step with reminders and tips on how to complete our life insurance applications. They were also prompt and thorough in replying to emails. What blew it out of the water for me was when I was done with the purchase of our life insurance policies and received an email with our policy numbers, summary of our life insurance coverages in "plain English." It also contained an email for us to copy and paste to our beneficiaries, financial planner, an estate attorney or whoever we trust with our life insurance information! I would say that is going above and beyond what is expected! I HIGHLY recommend AboveBoard Financial to anyone who is interested in purchasing life insurance!
