i'd give negative stars if i could have had many different issues such as stamp order not going through due to computer glitch on their end but was never notified, they delivered hold mail when we had it clearly marked we would pick up, now they keep dropping off multiple bundles of priority shipping boxes that were not asked for. agent was rude did not provide any sort of help, said it was probably my fault (NOT) and hung up on me.

USPS definitely is one of the worst shipping providers in the industry. Awful tracking information, slow like turtle, shipment late sometime a week or so or delivery to your neighbor not to you. Just wonder why the head of the U.S. Postal Service Postmaster General and CEO David Steinerstanding isn't yet at front of Senate and get a lesson from our representatives and how much is his yearly salary for this terrible mess. I think that our senators should take a closer look what is going on.

There is truly not a time that a package doesn’t take a trip back and forth from state to state, city to city before reaching its destination so times days late and sometimes weeks and weeks late. I do understand that their are weather delays and other out of control circumstances but this has not been the case out of 85% of the miss deliveries that I have personally experience either shipping or receiving. ISPS was the best now they take a back seat to FedEx and UPS which is sad because USPS has good rates if you don’t mind your customers getting packages late or if you can just wait to receive your package and your not pressed for time. I am not a USPS hater just some that wishes it could do better.

USPS has been nothing short of a nightmare. My package has been “in transit” for over one and a half months, and it STILL hasn’t reached its destination. What makes this even worse is that the USPS worker lied to me, telling me it would take 6 to 7 business days. That was completely false, and they clearly knew it. On top of that, why are you charging more than $65 just to ship a couple of documents? For that price, the service should be fast, reliable, and transparent — instead, I got delays, excuses, and zero accountability. The tracking system is useless, customer service is dismissive, and no one takes responsibility for anything. This has been one of the most infuriating and unacceptable shipping experiences I’ve ever had. USPS seriously needs to fix its system because this level of incompetence is unbelievable.

I received the worst service at 250 Mayfield Dr., Smyrna, TN. I am completely disappointed that I trusted and used the postal service for legal documents—signed, sealed, and notarized—for which I paid nearly $36 for "Next Day Priority Mail." They didn't arrive the next day but five days later, completely soaked inside a plastic bag someone had placed them in. I recently filed an online claim and requested a refund, but it was denied. There is a saying: "The cheap option ends up being expensive." Lesson learned: next time, I will use UPS, even if I have to pay a little more, because my peace of mind and confidence in a delivery service are worth more than any amount of money.

Reynoldsville PA: Worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. Packages are constantly left out by the road or marked “unable to deliver” instead of actually being delivered. Now they’re refusing to come to our house because we have a one-lane driveway… since when does everyone need a two-lane driveway to receive mail? On top of that, the postmaster is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills. It’s frustrating dealing with employees who seem annoyed they have to do the job they signed up for. If delivering mail is such an inconvenience, maybe it’s time for them to find a different profession.

Worst experience ever from USPS Sequim WA branch. Not only was I spoken to like a child, but when I was trying to explain my situation to Cindy Bryant (Postmaster), she kept cutting me off , and her co worker was laughing at me in the background. She was terribly condescending and rude! She kept interrupting me saying Maam maam, whenever I tried to talk like she had no time for me! All I wanted was to show her photos of evidence, and she refused to see the photos and did not care one bit. Absolutely shocking behavior! Unacceptable behavior from a POSTMASTER no less!!!
