Very poor customer support. Once you pay for the service, getting a response from ABNewswire seems extremely difficult. Support messages are ignored, and there is little to no communication when you need help.

I have purchased more than $2,000 worth of packages from ABNewswire, so they are well aware of my purchase history and my long-term use of their services. Unfortunately, when you actually need support, you are left on your own. As a freelancer, I have experienced significant losses because of the lack of customer support, communication, and timely updates. Recently, their turnaround time has become extremely frustrating. Press releases are taking around 2–3 days to be published, followed by another 3–4 days to receive the reports. In total, a single order can take nearly a week. This is extremely frustrating, especially when clients are waiting for results and timelines matter in freelance work. Despite my previous experience, I unfortunately purchased another $200 package directly from ABNewswire, knowing that I likely would not be able to get a refund. I regret making that purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ABNewswire to other freelancers or businesses. The lack of customer support and communication makes customers feel completely ignored after payment. I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service and turnaround times, but until then, I will not be using or recommending their services again.

The distribution network and report transparency was excellent. It is worth the money they are charging for press release distribution. One less star since I got my report a day late.

0 communication. This is anscam company. Im so tired of going back and forth. Also all articles done through them is done index slop sites.

Worst experince we ever had in previous whole year. They suck at everything, 0 customer support, never publish actually articles, always deduct credits.

Non-existing support. Lost count how many emails/tickets got unanswered. In the past, it wasn't like that!

Promises were not fulfilled, and communication was either ignored or delayed without explanation. The lack of accountability and transparency is alarming. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution and think twice before sending any payment.
