It was advertised with a nice box and card explaining the bracelet. It came in a plastic bag. I could have got one like that for half the price but I thought a nice present. No. So I kept it myself.

I realized just now that i did not take the time to update my review. So from 1 we will go to 3, I understand that dropshipping is not always easy but at least, the customer service should have been a little more transparent and understanding. So NO we can't call them scammers because the gift did arrive but 2 months late or something like that. Anyway, it was a bad experience overall but i still want to encourage people to start their own business and understand that customer service is key. original review => [I try to buy a gift for Vday, made the order since January and the package never made it. Poor customer service, and when you ask for a refund they repeat "thank you for your patience,... etc" a Broken record! Anyway, I WONT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.]
