I thought the personnel was extremely nice from start to finish. Rick, the driver, loaded and inventoried very carefully. He unloaded very carefully too. I thought the communication was just fair. I had to be the one to check several times when delivery left and when it was to be made. I would have preferred that upon pickup the movers would have left sooner. It took 10 days for delivery in extreme weather. PIt should have taken 3 days. I will use them again locally for the next move.

The work crew we had, headed by Raul, never stopped! They worked very hard both days, packing and moving. I did not have very good communication with Sydnee, who came to give me the estimate. She was very quick, asked few questions, and seemed to have a grip on the situation. She may not have, which caused some difficulties later on. Also the packers (5 men and 1 woman) packed everything like we were moving to Iceland! They took things apart that should not have been; they used way too much paper, i.e., wrapping a plastic bottle of face lotion in two huge pieces of paper. The result: left with too much paper, and too many boxes that we have to dispose of. Boxes were labeled by room, usually, but no indication of the category of items in the boxes. We used this company 5 years ago, and they were absolutely perfect in every way. Not quite as great this time.

I would recommend this company to anyone. The movers were very nice, they lent us one of their carts to transport smaller items and there was no damage to my furniture. I appreciate their attention to detail to protect my furniture, but I did not foresee the extra cost. It took double the original 3 hr estimate totaling 6 hrs. The time to wrap each piece of furniture with a blanket and circling with tape, then unwrap and so on was time consuming. I see where this would be benifical if transporting furniture in a truck or protecting an expensive piece of furniture but I literally moved from one apartment to another in the same building approximately 150 ft away and one level up. I will say there was a parking garage ramp and 3 steps in between the elevator and the new apartment but overall felt it took more time then moving to a different location. Then again I am not a moving expert. Also, when I asked if I could add a tip to my card they said they would never see the money. I didn’t have that much cash on me so I wrote them a check. Make sure you have enough cash on hand for a tip.

Could not give you 5 stars as sewing machine table broke

Movers were on time and no damage of our household goods occurred. It took a little longer than I thought it would have but I think it was because we had some unusual furniture that had to be disassembled and reassembled.

Delivery of my goods was professional inclusive of placement of furniture. The three folks that unpacked my goods also did a good job. I would recommend this company to others. Good job.

The moving crew worked quickly and efficiently. The original quote was right on.

The movers were the BEST I have ever had. Coordiination with the 3rd party services was the WORST I have ever had. The sales person was of ZERO value once the contract was signed.
