Refused to let me cancel my order (before it was shipped) and then had to start a paypal case to be allowed to make a return which I had to pay for myself (the seller refused to provide a return address before I started the PayPal case). The PayPal case was closed because the package was taking too long to arrive at the destination so now I'm out the items I bought + the money I paid for them. Absolutely awful customer service and item quality. Do not recommend.

I didn’t recieve anything I ordered. I was told repeatedly it had been delivered but this was lies. No neighbor had it, the post office had no idea either. The tracking number provided was false. Stay away from them. They scam people out of money with pretty pictures online. They are disgraceful

They sent me a shirt that was too small; it clearly didn't match the size guide on their site. I emailed them including with pictures of the shirt with a measuring tape, showing it's actual size. They responded but gave me the runaround for weeks and weeks. Ultimately all I got was a partial refund.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Absolute crap. For some reason I thought it was a step up from Temu. The only thing up was the price. 4 items $95 later and I will be donating all to a homeless shelter.

Horrible it took a month to revive my item and the size I ordered was bigger than I need but it must be in child size. Total waste of money!

Avoid this company. If I could give zero stars I would. What you think your ordering, and what you receive are 2 different items. Cheap fabric,inferior made. Appauling customer service. I had to get PayPal involved to recover the money. You've been warned

I have not purchased anything from this site or their sister sites but I am an Etsy shop owner and the Outlander Signpost design is STOLEN from me! It is my original design and is listed in my shop and they must have screen shot it and blatantly used it! I am so angry but these are Chinese companies and I have no recourse. If you are interested, search “Outlander Locations Signpost” on Etsy and you will find the design from the creator and instead of supporting a fake Chinese scammer, you can support small business.
