Totally a scam. I order back on March 20th have sent numerous emails and the tracking number they gave me isn’t even to my package. It’s to a different package with a different name and a different address. I’ve stated I wanted a full refund and I am unable to get a reply. Definitely a -0 rating.

I would give them a -0- if I could. I experienced what a lot of others have with this company. I ordered a tshirt off of Facebook and never received it, even though "their" tracking with shipper JS Express shows delivered to my mailbox. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give me one. I contacted USPS Theft/Fraud and they told me the package's address on label did not match mine. I filed a dispute with PayPal on 4/18/26 and provided all kinds of proof and surprisingly, PayPal settled in favor of this scam of a company! I called PayPal and re-opened my case. They told me I have to contact JS Express to get a "shipping manifest" from them. It blows my mind that I have to do all of this just for $28 but it's the principle of it all. I will never order anything off of Facebook again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered 2 t-shirts. When they came in one was the wrong print. I wrote to them with picture proof from their own website and what I received. They refused to believe that there was a print error even with photo and website link proof. They eventually offered me a refund of 2$ USD worth in my currency (CAD). I refused and they wrote back saying that they had checked with their printing representative to which they denied the print error. I reiterated with more photo proof. They wrote back offering 9$ refund. I was actually surprised that they wrote back. I just took the 9$ refund.

Probably a scam website. Ordered some clothes more than 3 weeks ago, which hasn't even been processed/shipped yet, even though the money has been withdrawn right away. Reached out to their support email, and got an automated response promising that they would get back to me within 5 days - which is currently 9 days ago.

Never realized their product was shipping from Spain. Went through customs, then sits in US, then goes to US shipper. Going on a month and finally received 2 of the four items. Sent all kinds of emails, still waiting for response. If you need to feel ripped off, then I recommend them. Product is poor quality as well.

They steal your money. Claim it is delivered by the PO who denies it is their delivery. You track it through 17Track which is no help. AVOID this company!! It is a scam!
