Post ABC carpet does not stand behind the products they sell even if sales misrepresents the features of the item. After purchasing their products over the years to the tune of $20k customer service holds the buyer to understand what sales did not. What does that mean? I bought a sectional with a button tufted flip side. I was to understand it had no utility and couldn’t be used. When I inquired how to flip it I was told I should have known better even though the salesperson said it was reversible and that the warranty protects them because I relocated. The flip side is in perfect condition, and not designed to use and they refused to escalate it. I would never buy from them again, you shouldn’t either.

We paid a significant sum of money for a custom leather chair from ABC Carpet & Home. It arrived damaged — with eight large, raised black marks across the cushions. The delivery team offered to take it back immediately. An ABC rep convinced us to keep it with a promise that everything would be made right. It never was. Over the following three months, ABC's response evolved from "that's normal" to sending us replacement cushion covers in completely the wrong color and texture, to finally telling us that the marks are "healed scars" that are "a signature of the leather's authenticity" — designed to be "celebrated as each scar is a diary of the cattle's life." A laughable response! The most telling detail: the replacement cushion covers ABC sent us were completely free of these so-called celebrated scars. And you won't find markings like these displayed anywhere on the vendor's website. The so-called "authentic feature" only showed up on the chair they sold us. ABC presents itself as a luxury retailer. But luxury means nothing if a company won't stand behind its products. When something goes wrong, you'll find that the beautiful showroom and the premium price tag come with zero accountability. We've now been forced to pursue legal action and file formal consumer complaints — something no customer should ever have to do over a chair. Do yourself a favor: if you're spending serious money on furniture, go somewhere that takes responsibility when things go wrong. ABC Carpet & Home is not that place.

BUYER BEWARE! Buying a sofa from ABC Carpet & Home was one of the the worst experiences of any purchase I've made. This company left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I ordered a sectional the first week of October 2020 during a Columbus Day sale. The in person staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and I was told to expect the sofa within 10-12 weeks because of production delays. I did not receive any communication from the company for weeks, but reached out since I never received the fabric swatch. At the end of December, I was planning to receive the sofa and contacted the company to get an ETA. I was told there was a delay and it was expected in February. This was date was again pushed to the end of March. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY SOFA UNTIL ALMOST 6 MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE. While I am sympathetic to the issues that have arisen because of the pandemic, I am frustrated by the failure on the part of ABC to communicate effectively. They take weeks to respond to emails and don't answer the phone. They also have a no-return policy that leaves customers stuck.
