I order a yellow tent and after taking…
I order a yellow tent and after taking payment I received an email that my address is not deliverable for the warehouse but I can get a white, black or grey tent shipped from another warehouse....I wanted a yellow tent. Typical bait and switch tactic...luckily I used paypal and had no problem getting my refund.

Customer service was not great
Customer service was not great. I ordered from this company because they had a pink canopy- it showed available on their website. When I ordered the money was taken out of my account and several days later, I got an email saying the pink canopy wasn’t available and I was asked to pick a different color. I said I wanted the pink one and they said that’s fine it’ll just take longer. I ordered in October and needed it by November 30th. I had emailed them asking when the new shipping date would be, and never heard back from them after a week. I emailed again and finally heard back from them saying that they will send a refund. By the time I had heard back from them, it did not leave me enough time to order a new canopy and it be in by November 30.

The colour is completely WRONG
The colour is completely WRONG! I asked for teal and the design is clearly DARK GREEN! Honestly I am beside myself

Would not ship to Ohio
I tried to purchase from abc canopy. Order was confirmed and paid when I received an email stating they could not ship to my address. Asked me to confirm my address or give another address.. they cancelled my order. Still don't know why it couldn't ship. Maybe because I'm in the states and they didn't want to cover shipping? Idk but it was super disappointing. I found them through a post on tik tok. I made sure to go notify everyone on the post of my experience.

Make sure you contact the seller as to what you actually need. Universal does not mean "UNIVERSAL". Their descriptions need to be a little more defined as to what you are getting. Terrible customer service.

Watch out! DON’T waste your money!
Wrong color sent. They replaced it with the correct color. BUT….then I get a bill for $16 from UPS for shipping. WTF? Never buy from again.

This is my story
This is my story. I purchased a 10x20 tent for our 2023 season. All went fine the first year. When putting it up this year the canopy just fell apart, it was sun bleached. So I bought a replacement and it did not fit. after 6 or 7 e mails they just refunded me for the replacement. I am still stuck with a 500. dollar tent that is useless.They did tell me i could keep the canopy for what, I do not know it does not fit.500.00 dollars for one season. They just left me high and dry,that's my story
