ABCCANOPYReviews of abccanopy.com

Everything was perfect

The canopy replacement came quickly and it’s perfectly. I bought it for next summer so I haven’t actually seen it up yet but the fabric seems nice and it’s a good color match.

This Canopy really is a great product. It came on time, with all we needed to set it up. Instruction were clear and any questions I had, were answered in a timely fashion. Combined with the mesh walls, and the product, I upgraded to a more sturdy tent. Thank you for your help and product.

Love the size of the awning

Easy to put up with sturdy and well made.

I got what I paid for. Excellent quality and durability with the hexagonal construction. We use the canopy almost every weekend and we are more than pleased with the operation. We wore out the carrying bag and just received a replacement. I will be purchasing a second canopy!

Arrived quickly, well-made product.

I have ordered from this company a few years back and they have backed up their product by clear communication and fast delivery and seem to do what they can to make things right. I was hesitant at first since I do try to just work with people over the phone and not just by email. Due to their quick responses and flow of communication through email, I felt okay to order from this company. If and when there was an issue they not only made it right but gave beyond what they had to. Something you do not see too often. Recently the company had a product I ordered and sometimes issues happen with certain models produced. They offered me some choices and when I decided I still wanted to return it, they gave me a complete refund, and for this product still allowed me to keep it. This does not mean they would do this for all things but I was floored and very blessed with how nice they were about handling the issue. Thank you ABC Canopy! Sincerely, Andrew Juhasz
