Purchasing was simple, but you can only track the package using a separate app that accesses your email, which is a huge negative. Just give me the tracking number! I haven't received the product yet, so this does not reflect on the product itself.

Hi, When we ship out your order we do send you your tracking number in an email. No need to download any app to track your package.

The 2 star review is due to no options for shipping aside from $8 for 3 day UPS. That’s quite a bump in total cost for a $40 sampler. A slower but cheaper shipping option would be appreciated when I’m not at all sure I am going to like the product(s).

Hi Andrew, We do offer USPS ground shipping which is a lot cheaper but slower.
