Made a small mistake on the cylinder for my order, but the glasses were WAY off regardless. Took them to my opthalmologist's office to have them checked, and none of the rx was correct. In addition to the cylinder being off, they screwed up the sphere and axis so bad as to make them unwearable. When I requested replacement pairs, they would only extend a 50% credit since it was "my fault" even though they contributed substantially to the error. No exceptions made, and refused to connect me with a manager. I'm going to be requesting a charge back from my credit card due to the defective materials they've sent. If you give this company your money read their return policy very carefully, and be prepared for them to not budge at all on their position - this is the kind of company that would rather cheat you out of your money than render excellent customer service. I was a repeat customer. Today I'm no longer one at all.

Zero customer service. No one is ever available to answer the phone and no one responds to the chats.

OD37385 I custom-made a Rimless Aviator Reading Glasses and added a Glasses Chain Accessory. I could now hang the reading glasses by my neck and wear it when needed. However, Abbe refused to give me a $5 store credit for this order after leaving feedback on Trustpilot. Their excuse was "customers are allowed to have only a time chance to partake" in the $5 store credit regardless of have many orders you placed. That is unfair!

The glasses provided fall off my face/nose when I look in certain directions. The depth perception is off, so I feel like I am tripping and do not feel safe. I am trying to get a refund, but I have contacted them many times and failed to get a satisfactory response. They also took over 30 days to get delivered, far outside of their quoted time.

glasses are oki the websitr is VERY hard to navigate/understand the trackimg number DOES NOT WORK FOR USPS OR UPS - to me this comes offf as quite a big red flag toook absolutely FOREVER to get here wuold never order again if given the opportunity

This is now the 3rd time I've changed my review. The first negative review was due to their lack of communication when asked for information about shipping and later about a return authorization for the glasses that were made incorrectly. They said they would give me the store credit AFTER they received my glasses when it is clearly posted by them that their 14 day guarantee includes receiving store credit "immediately". So in good faith I changed it to a positive one.. They told me to wait to reorder my glasses and now those glasses are all sold out. Still no store credit, still out of stock on those glasses and still no communication. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL, INCLUDING SHIPPING! Because now I've paid for shipping twice, once to receive and twice when I returned them!!

I’ve tried leaving a message for these guys of which during their normal operation of hours which isn’t the same on their page website first of all and when I try to leave one weirdest thing happened when I was in the process of leaving a message it called my brother twice when I didn’t even call his number it rang into him OK and if they even got my message OK still never heard a thing back from them and I tried placing the order online on Sunday which is a reason I’m trying to call because I’ve neverGotten an email confirmation or anything from them anything of me placing an order all I wanna do is place an order with a person I don’t understand what the Hells going on but it’s been a complete joke to me thusfar Considering there’s 20 other places online that I can place orders I chose these guys and it’s been nothing but not cool consistent anything since I’ve tried from Sunday and here we are going on Wednesday and no luck be a phone number that they post on their website

Ordered a pair of glasses on January 18th, a month later glasses haven't arrived yet. That's all I need to say.
