Glasses arrived damaged. Contacted their support and they offered to replace them. I sent details on another pair that I would like, because I don't trust the structural stability of this pair. They refused.

The glasses case I bought was completely damaged because the packaging was not sufficient. I have tried to email them and call but am unable to get an answer. I either want my money back for the case (I don’t mind mailing the damaged product back) or I want another glasses case. EDIT: A representative got with me and they are saying they sent me a new case. I haven’t received it yet but I have faith that this new case will not be squished. Im still waiting on it but I will give a five star rating if and when I receive it. I also had to bother them about the $5 coupon that THEY OFFERED when sending me my glasses. Why offer something if the customer has to bend over backwards to receive it?

I ordered some Sunglasses back in March 2021 for my birthday trip scheduled April 16th 2021. They arrived April 14th 2021. When I tried them on, they weren't prescription. I've ordered at least 5 other pairs of glasses from this site and they were all prescription. I talked to customer service that same day that I received them on the phone. They apologized and told me to email them my prescription and I would receive another pair in 7-10 business days. I email customer service. They tell me that I ordered a nonprescription pair of glasses. Now why would I do that? If they weren't prescription, I would have never have bought them. Instead of rectifying the situation, they email and say I need to pay for another pair. Ok then. You won't be getting my services anymore.

The glasses was supposed to be free. Charge me $30 plus dollars. The lens where not right. I have use a try. Not again. Thank you. You can Gmail me stuff.

I can't see with them on....they make my eyes cross

Fast shipping (with expedited cost) but glasses arrived damaged. So I had 2 problems with my order, 1. the glass came with hairline fractures all over which made the lens impossible to see out of. and 2. the frames were more hideous in person. The nose bridge support on frames 181122002Black protrude outwards into the area where the glass is, so when you wear them they bring a lot of focus and darkness into your nose area. When I contacted support about these two issues they said I could have the original glasses, which I hate, replaced, or I could have a discount code on JUST THE FRAMES. The lens upgrades that I paid for with the ugly pair would have to be paid for again. Customer service live chat takes forever to respond, and is not kind. The only good that came out of this was that it arrived literally the day after the shipping notification was emailed to me.
