I bought a few times and glasses are low quality cheap lenses I highly recommend buying somewhere else Their customer service is zero all they care about are positive reviews even refused to help me with 40% refund until I remove my review Buyer be warned place is low quality spend little more elsewhere and avoid these cheap knockoffs

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE THIS OVERSEAS TOKYO COMPANY. Got defective frames that fell apart. Abbe messaging tells me label is being sent to me for 5 days. NO label- NO return label as promised. I am taking them to court. Damn criminals!!

Rx was incorrect. My optometrist checked what was ordered against what I received and the Rx was way off. Reply: My optometrist’s assistant double checked the Rx I entered into my order, and said it matched perfectly with the Dr’s Rx and PD measurements. This was not a prescription input error.

Please contact our customer support staff and provide a snapshot or photo of your original prescription from your eye doctor. We'll redo the glasses free with the doctor's prescription. We suspect there was an error when you entered the prescription on your order.

I bought 3 pair of prescription sunglasses from ABBE. All 3 of them had the right temple just fall off after a very brief time wearing them. I contacted ABBE and they stated they would be happy to replace them but never did and stopped responding. It’s unfortunate as I like the glasses and wrote a nice review and when the problem occurred I gave them a chance to remedy the problem but they did not.

My glasses said delivered but I'm still looking for them and when I tried to get ahold of the delivery company Uni Uni, the phone number is disconnected BIG SURPRISE. 🫤 On Uni Uni website there is no option for a contact as besides googling their phone number Great thank you. I have emailed ABBE glasses four times I haven't even received a general 'we received your inquiry' reply back email and I can't get through on the phone number You just stay on hold forever. I've requested a refund and unfortunately since I bought these with a virtual Visa gift card the company that does the virtual Visa gift card Tremendous, They can initiate the refund it has to be done by the retailer so thank you for taking my money and my eyesight especially when I'm not working right now $13 is very useful for me
