My order was placed 27th of July, 2023 Received a shipment email 29th of July, 2023 I received my order 7th of August, 2023. 10 Days from start to finish isn’t too bad. Especially considering I live in the U.S. I love my new glasses! They’re even prettier than the photo online could capture. Up until this past month, I’ve never ordered glasses online for myself. I’ve had friends recommend it but I was so worried about all of the what if’s. My prescription lens were made perfectly. The thickness of the lens was just fine for not springing for the most advanced lens and I have a strong Rx. They’re lightweight glasses but sturdy. This being my first order and everything being great, I can’t speak on customer service. If I should have a reason to contact customer support in the future or for a future order, I’ll update my review. Aside from that, all I can say for now is that my experience has been top notch and I will order from Abbe Glasses again.
