These glasses are cheap, I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a pair in November 2023. The glasses came in and I couldn't wear them. I took them to get tested at my local eye clinic and the prescription was off significantly. I've tried getting a replacement, a refund, and received neither. I exchanged several emails with customer service promising to send me not one, but two pairs of glasses. Nothing was sent, so this review is my only recourse. I'd like my money back at least. 4/16/24 update: Thanks for responding. The replacement order #OD45875. I would like a refund. 4/25/24 I received a refund of my original cost. Thank you.

Best eyeglass company I have used for online orders. My items are usually delivered in 10 days or less, items are always as specified as long as YOU the customer gets your details correct when ordering you will be very happy with them. Just make sure your frame measurements are correct and that you have the right IDP and prescription, beyond that you are gold with Abbe! Eh I updated, been problematic as of late, bad customer service and arse return policy. They mess up and you pay. Cheap but expensive if you keep getting poor quality products you have to return

Tent was wrong was supposed to be light inside tent outside but it's dark all the time I did not order this why would I. I already have sunglasses

I originally reviewed the glasses and company with 4 stars but once i wore them i realized how cheaply made they really are. The lenses left me feeling unfocused as well.

Not very impressed so far. Didn't know that the glasses came from China and 2 weeks after my order, the order is still in China so I'm not about to get them. Hopefully the glasses will be fine when I get them

No confirmation email after purchase. Glasses have been completed for 8 days, no word on if or when they'll ship. Overall, not thrilled. The glasses were completed very quickly, but now they're collecting dust on a shelf? I'm not sure....

I paid for express shipping but it took 2 weeks to get my glasses. I asked for a refund on the shipping but haven't gotten it. The ear piece on one arm is loose and I imagine it will fall off soon.
