I spoke to Liz on the phone, to find out if I was qualified to do business with Abacus Life Settlements. While I did not qualify for the program, Liz took the time to explain everything to me, and answered all questions I had,in a friendly and professional manner.

Let me begin by saying I did not accept the final offer so I am not someone with a large check in hand to bias my review. John Aldridge was just amazingly patient and informative as he negotiated a rather complex policy. When the final offer was quite low he went to great lengths to explain the reasoning and actuarial calculations that went into it. I am not happy that I received no money but I must be honest that the attention to detail and service at Abacus was excellent.
