Their plan with Unitedhealthcare…
Their plan with Unitedhealthcare sucks.... they should be ashamed to have their name attached to Unitedhealthcare. They deny the dental claims. It makes me think aarp is just as bad as Unitedhealthcare.

I see no use for this organization or paying them $12 a year to renew a membership I get nothing from besides hundreds of emails that I never requested. I am so tired of getting emails about insurance, best deals on restaurants, car rentals, hotel, etc. Even though I unsubscribe or block the emails I just get more. Recently we decided to book a rental car through Budget which AARP endorsed. What a scam, a $251 deal for a week turned into $520 with all of the hidden fees. There was nothing ‘budget’ about the deal; customer service, agent knowledge, and car availability were all poor. AARP should be ashamed to endorse them. And, the only reason we joined AARP was because it reduced our health insurance cost slightly. Unfortunately it increased my frustration level because of all of the emails and the Budget debacle.

AARP is a joke. Sure it's cheap, because they sell your name to everyone. It's a left wing company simply by reading their rag called a magazine. Quit them years ago over their political left wing bent.

Please do not use this company for Auto Insurance I wouldn’t recommend it. After 2weeks on the phone about towing reimbursement of a whopping $172 I kept getting the run around it’s sad. No recommendations for family or friends sorry

I am so disgusted with AARP how do you take $900 of my card and don’t send me the gift cards I purchased and can’t put my money back on my card . You take my money then brush me off when I call saying it’s been escalated and it’ll be 3-5 business days then why take my money . Your holding my money and didn’t provide the product I purchased worst business and service EVER !!!

AARP's agent, EXPEDIA, offered a hotel in Casper WY, Super8 by Wyndham-Casper/Evansville. Building is old. Two story with NO elevator - not disclosed. Not maintained (half of structure shuttered). Hotel very worn, smelled of smoke... guests (?)/locals hanging around lobby and near outer doors. Outer doors, supposed to be key card entry only wouldn't shut properly, so were open to anyone. Bath exhaust inoperable: switch broken. No cover on Bath electrical switches. "Breakfast" a joke. Checked thoroughly for bedbugs: found NONE. AARP should be ashamed to have a relationship with a booking agent like this

AARP participates in spam advertising emails. I "Block" the sender but they just come up with another email address to continue sending spam email

AARP charged my father $345 a month for services Medicare was paying for. This is a SCAM! Not one penny went toward paying any healthcare costs.
