Was printing a big order for the holidays. On Thanksgiving day, I had a question about my Prestige DTF printer that I couldn't solve. Went to their Slack tech support channel and I got an answer in less than 5 minutes from their AI that saved me hours of troubleshooting on my own! What a life saver, thanks so much! I was not expecting help on Thanksgiving day!
