Aamco used to stand for quality workmanship. The West Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa Florida Aamco is run by the most inept, inexperienced management and so called "mechanics" we have ever witnessed. You can expect to be taken for every penny you have and you will find yourself bringing your vehicle back over and over again with more mechanical problems. This place needs to be shutdown and the sooner the better. Formal charges have been initiated with The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and legal representation has been retained to sue Aamco on West Hillsborough, money is not the issue, lives are being jeopardized by these people. Cars are being released without proper repair and lives are in danger, our lawsuit will ask for immediate closure and charges of fraud and neglect charged toward Jose and his trained monkey Dan. This is a top priority and will continue until this place is closed and torn down.

Took my 2014 Jeep on Winchester Rd twice. I was having transmission problems I was told both times they couldn't find any thing wrong even though my engine light and service transmission light kept coming on and I almost was hit by a semi while driving it and the Jeep wouldn't eccelerate and tried to go up the ramp and it rolled backwards. I have an extended warranty so I don't k ow if AAMCO didn't want to do the paperwork or they were to lazy to be bother either way I wouldn't recommend them to change a flat tire. I did take it to a more reliable repair shop and found out I need a new transmission. I wouldn't have given them 1 star but I wouldn't have been able to write the review.
