My son ordered a part for garage door opener for me. The site wouldn't let me create an account and I emailed several times. When I called, I got a foreign dude who asked what cmthe credit card number was to verify I said no, I have an order number and an invoice number. He said no not scam, need number to verify. I told him he was full of it and I'm reporting them. So do not order from them!

We spent a lot of money with this company and the product did not work. They will not respond. Very unhappy with them.

We got a very bad experience with this Seller - we bought a Garage door remote control from them, and it is a defect unit when we received it, and we were trying to call and email to them for more 20 times, to different person's contacts of the company, but they NEVER NEVER get back in the case there is a limited Return time. My feeling is this is a kind of FRAUD online seller.

after placing my order they immediately told me it would be delayed by 7-10 days. Three weeks later I e-mailed and asked what was going on. They never replied. I checked w/ UPS and so far there's no record my order is with the shipper.
