Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the aviation presets did not meet your expectations. Our aviation preset collection is AI-Optimized and designed to give photographers a strong creative starting point while still allowing full customization in Lightroom. After applying a preset, you can adjust exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, white balance, color grading, masking, vignette strength, and many other settings to better match your individual image and preferred style. Because every aviation photo is captured under different lighting conditions, weather, camera settings, lenses, and exposures, a preset may not look exactly the same on every image. Some photos may require small adjustments after applying the preset, especially if the original image is underexposed, shot in harsh light, or has very different colors from the example images. Our AI-Optimized presets are created specifically to make this editing process more flexible. They are not intended to simply apply one fixed darkening or vignette effect. You remain in full control of the edit and can customize every setting to achieve the look that works best for your photograph. We completely understand that you expected better results, and we do not want any customer to feel that their purchase was a waste of money. If you contact our support team and send us one or two of the aviation images you are working with, we would be happy to review them, recommend suitable presets from the collection, and help you customize the settings for a better result. We genuinely appreciate all feedback, including critical feedback, because it helps us continue improving our products and support experience. — AAA Presets Team

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the presets did not give the result you were expecting. Lightroom presets can look different from photo to photo because every image has different lighting conditions, exposure, white balance, camera settings, skin tones, background colors, and overall photo quality. A preset is a strong starting point, but sometimes small adjustments like exposure, temperature, contrast, and shadows are needed to get the best final look. We’d love to help you get the style you wanted. Please contact us with a sample photo and the look you expected, and our team can guide you with the correct adjustments. We can also create custom presets for you based on your preferred editing style. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re happy to help you get better results.

Thank you for your feedback and for trying our presets. We understand your point, especially as a macro photographer. It’s important to keep in mind that presets are not one-click magic filters. The final result always depends on: • the original photo • lighting conditions • exposure • colors • and white balance In macro photography, these factors can change a lot from shot to shot, which is why a preset may look different on each image and usually needs small manual adjustments (exposure, contrast, temperature, etc.) after applying it. Our presets are provided in DNG (mobile) and XMP (desktop) formats and are designed as a starting point for editing, not as a finished result. Many photographers use them to speed up their workflow and then fine-tune to match their style. We’re sorry they didn’t meet your expectations, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our products. If you’d like, we’re happy to: ✔ help you adjust them for macro photography ✔ recommend which presets work best for your images ✔ or guide you on how to use them correctly Please feel free to contact us via direct message and we’ll be glad to help.

Hi I’m sorry to hear the presets didn’t meet your expectations, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Our presets are designed to provide a fast starting point, but results can vary depending on lighting, exposure, and camera profiles—so a small adjustment is sometimes needed for a perfect match. That said, we understand this wasn’t the experience you expected. If you’re willing, please email us your order email and 1–2 sample photos you tried. We’ll review them and recommend the best preset/settings for your images (and help you get the look you were aiming for). Thank you again for your honesty.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that our AI-Optimized Wildlife Presets are designed with a moody, cinematic wildlife style, not a purely natural or documentary look. These presets focus on enhancing depth, tones, and atmosphere for creative wildlife photography. As shown in our before & after previews, results can vary depending on lighting and camera settings. For a more natural finish, simple adjustments like brightness, contrast, highlights, and detail sliders can easily refine the look to match your preference. If you need help fine-tuning the presets or would like recommendations for your specific photos, please feel free to contact us—we’re always happy to help. We truly appreciate your input, as it helps us improve and better communicate our creative style.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the results didn’t meet your expectations. I’d like to provide a bit more detail so you can get the best out of the products you purchased. This order included three LUTs packs and one Lightroom presets pack: Underwater Scuba Diving LUTs Pack Scuba Diving Cinematic Film LUTs Pack Underwater Cinematic LUTs Pack AI-Optimized Underwater Photography Lightroom Presets The LUTs (Lookup Tables) are designed primarily for video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. They are used to create a cinematic, color-graded look for underwater and scuba diving videos. LUTs are not directly compatible with Photoshop unless converted, which may be why you experienced difficulty there. The AI-Optimized Underwater Photography Lightroom Presets are specifically created for Lightroom (Classic, CC, Camera RAW and Mobile) and work best with underwater images, balancing tones, enhancing blues, and reducing color distortion caused by water. These presets provide a creative base that can be further adjusted to match your personal editing style, which is why some fine-tuning is often needed after applying them. Since your feedback mentioned better manual results, I’d be happy to share tips on blending preset adjustments with your existing workflow so you can keep your manual control while still benefiting from the preset’s base corrections. I can also provide a Lightroom-only preset pack designed for broader use outside of underwater photography, so you have more flexibility. We always want our customers to have tools that suit their needs, and I’d be glad to guide you through the installation, usage, and adjustment process to help you achieve the results you’re looking for. — AAAPresets Team
